Individual Therapy

Counselling is a personal thing. We need a safe person to talk to so we can really disclose what is troubling us. This is a process involving your therapist accompanies you to explore, understand and clarify your thoughts, feelings and underlying emotions. With a much clear and calmer mind, your emotions can regulate better and you can then use the insight and skills learn in the session to work towards healthier mental and emotional wellbeing. You do not have to do all things alone. Through therapy, you have your therapist with you to build your inner strength so you can be more empowered to face your personal challenges.

Couples and Marriage Counseling

Couples Counselling provides you a safe space and a professional to assist you to communicate feelings and thoughts deep within you, so you can speak up what have been troubling you and the feelings underneath with less fear. You can learn to communicate in a more constructive and positive way that you feel understood and emotionally more connected with your partner. Through this process, you will also learn how to better nourish and protect the relationship. With more mutual understanding of the underlying feelings, needs and desires, you learn to better care, support and love each other. This process can help strengthen your relationship that you feel closer rather than growing more distant and apart from each other.

Workcover Compensation

If you have experienced a work-related injury or illness, you would like to have your psychological counselling services covered by your work’s compensation. Please let us know when you're making your first appointment. Prior approval may be required. Please note that there will be a gap fee per session; any gap fee and non-payment become the client’s responsibility to pay.

Employee Assistance Programs

As am employer, for the welfare of your mandarin speaking employees, you can contact the practice to discuss the opportunity to assist your clients ‘ general psychological and emotional wellbeing by covering the cost of services on your employee’s behalf. Any communication with the employer, including invoicing, will be managed to ensure the client’s confidentiality is maintained and the privacy of the therapy is protected. Please email us with a written request to further discuss the opportunity to provide psychological services to your Mandarin speaking employees.
